一つ目は金融分野を幅広い視点から包括的に理解できるからだ。貴部門は社内の全部門と広く関わり、オペレーショナルリスクと日々闘っている。インターンに参加させていただいた際、「オペレーションズ部門なくして金融ビジネスは成立しない」という言葉が印象に残り、責任のある仕事内容に魅力を感じた。貴部門を通じて全体の管理業務に携わり、金融ビジネスを根底から支え、貴社の成長のための革新を起こして全体の業務効率化に貢献したいと考えている。 二つ目は積極的な社会投資に魅力を感じたからだ。貴社は、ボランティア活動に熱心で、東日本大震災後は被災地の復興支援も継続的に行っている。私は貴社と被災地の橋渡し役として活躍したい。その点で貴部門は働いてからも社会貢献と自らの職を両立できる最適な場所だと考えている。以上の理由から、私は貴部門を志望した。 |

First is that I would like to comprehend the financial business with the wide perspective. The middle office operations always keep communicating with a lot of departments to improve the efficiency of the business. In the internship, I was strongly impressed with the phrase, “The business will not be completed without the operation”. It helped me understand that the operation is highly responsible, which I found it very excited. Second is that I would like to contribute to the social investment offered by J.P.Morgan. I would like to keep volunteering for Tohoku even after I start to work. Considering these elements, I think this department is the best option for me. |

I also learned a leader must delegate the authority with others for them to commit to the team.
